For Schools & Teachers

The Experiential Learning Zone.

Shifting from rote memorization to Learning by Doing. Kits, a Game Corner and a day of teacher training: installed and running inside one term, without adding to your staff's planning load.

Schoolchildren in uniform gathered around a Khel Shiksha cart in a school courtyard, choosing learning kits from its shelves while two of them play a board game on the fold-out table.

What changes with Khel Shiksha

What most classrooms run into

  • Children can recite a definition but cannot use it a week later.
  • The same four children answer every question; the rest wait.
  • Activity-based learning is mandated, but nobody has time to design the activities.
  • There is no way to see whether a change in method actually worked.

What changes with Khel Shiksha

  • Concepts are handled, not just heard, and retention follows.
  • Every child has a turn, because the format requires it.
  • Teachers get ready-made, curriculum-mapped activities with facilitation guides.
  • Each kit states observable outcomes a teacher can actually watch for.

How it works

From first visit to first measured term.

  1. 1

    Week 0

    Audit visit

We visit your school, look at your grades, timetable and space, and agree which pillars to start with.

  2. 2

    Week 2

    Install

The Game Corner shelf unit and kits are delivered and set up. Nothing for your staff to assemble.

  3. 3

    Week 3

    Train

One day, at your school, with your teachers. They leave having played every kit they will be running.

  4. 4

    End of term

    Review

We sit with your staff, look at what the outcomes are showing, and adjust which kits are in rotation.

What's included

Everything that arrives with the programme.

  • The learning kits

Physical game kits across the five pillars, chosen for your grade range.

  • The Game Corner

A branded shelf unit that gives the kits a home in the classroom, organised by theme so a teacher can find one in seconds.

  • Teacher training

A full day at your school. Teachers play every kit themselves before they run it with children.

  • Facilitation guides

Every kit ships with a guide covering setup, difficulty variations and what to watch for.

Transform your campus

A gamified ecosystem inside your library.

Create a dedicated learning zone in your library or activity room. The kit includes 60+ innovative, age-appropriate educational tools, sized for classroom activities, a weekly period or a student club.

  • 60+ educational tools

Across the five pillars and the whole pre-primary to Grade 8 range, so one zone serves the entire school rather than a single year group.

  • A room, not a cupboard

The Game Corner shelf unit gives the kits a permanent, visible home. Materials that live in a store room are materials nobody uses.

  • Built for the timetable you have

Most kits run 20 to 30 minutes, which is inside an existing period. Nothing here asks you to find new hours in the week.

  • Clubs and weekly periods

The same zone runs a library period, an activity class and an after-school club, because the kits are organised by theme rather than by lesson.

Teacher capacity building

Your teachers leave having played every kit.

We run comprehensive orientation programmes for educators: a full day, at your school, with your staff. Activity-based learning is mandated everywhere and supported almost nowhere, and the gap is usually training rather than willingness.

  • Activities that are ready to run

Designing a good activity takes longer than teaching the lesson. These arrive designed, curriculum-mapped and tested in real classrooms.

  • Three difficulty levels per kit

The facilitation guide covers setup, variations and what to watch for, so one kit serves a mixed-ability class instead of the middle of it.

  • Formats where every child has a turn

Built for groups of three to six. Group work descends into three children working and three watching only when the format lets it.

  • Feedback before the unit test

Each kit states observable outcomes - specific things to watch a child do, during the session - rather than leaving you to wait for a mark.

Strategic alignment

Built against the missions you already report on.

  • NEP 2020

    Activity-based, competency-first learning

Every kit is designed around a competency a child demonstrates, not a chapter they complete.

  • NCF 2023

    Competency-based experiential learning

Kits map to stage-appropriate curricular goals, with the mapping stated on each product page.

  • Fit India Movement

    Physical well-being and active lifestyles

Movement-based kits bring daily physical activity into the classroom, not only the playground.

  • Mission LiFE

    Climate-conscious living

Environmental kits connect global concepts to choices a child can make locally, this week.

  • Eat Right India

Nutrition awareness from the early years

Food and nutrition are taught through building and choosing, not through memorising a chart.

Questions

The things people actually ask us first.

  • How much of my teachers' time does this take?

Training is a single day, delivered at your school by our team. After that, kits are designed to fit inside an existing period. Most run 20 to 30 minutes, and each comes with a facilitation guide, so no lesson planning is added to a teacher's week.

  • What does a rollout actually involve?

A short audit visit to understand your grades and space, installation of the Game Corner shelf unit and kits, a day of teacher training, and then a review at the end of the first term. We handle delivery and installation.

  • Which grades is this suitable for?

Our current kits span pre-primary to Grade 8, with most concentrated in Grades 1 to 5. Each kit states its age band, and the Game Corner is organised so a teacher can find something appropriate for their class in seconds.

  • Does this replace curriculum time or add to it?

It uses it. Every kit maps to specific curricular goals under NCF 2023, so an Aryabhata session is a maths period taught differently, not an extra-curricular activity competing for space in the timetable.

  • How do we know it is working?

Each kit lists observable outcomes, things a teacher can watch a child do. We review these with your staff at the end of the first term and share what we see across the school.

  • What does it cost?

Kits are supplied as part of a school programme rather than sold individually, so pricing depends on the number of grades, the size of your school and whether training is included. Tell us about your school and we will share options.
