How to play

  1. Spread the safari trail cards on the floor

  2. Roll and move along the trail

    Each square is an animal pose.

  3. The whole group holds the pose together for the count on the card

  4. Breath cards interrupt the trail

    Everyone stops and follows the breathing pattern before continuing.
