We conduct comprehensive orientation programmes to empower educators. At district scale the constraint is never the materials - it is whether the four hundredth teacher was trained as well as the first.
A train-the-trainer model
District and cluster resource persons are trained to run the orientation themselves, so the programme does not stall at the width of our calendar.
Delivered at the school
One day, on site, with the staff who will run the kits. They leave having played every one of them.

Can you deliver at district scale?
